DIGITAL DESIGN

UX/UI design for clear, easy-to-understand digital experiences.

I help shape digital services from the perspective of the people who use them: from clarifying the problem and mapping clear user journeys to designing interfaces and testable prototypes.

Why I design digital products

I am interested in what people really need and how that can become a clear digital experience. I make ideas visible, explore them through prototypes, and design user journeys with attention to orientation and detail. My background in spatial design helps me connect the bigger picture with the finer points.

Ways I can support your project

01

Test an app idea

Make a concept tangible as a clickable prototype.

02

Improve user journeys

Refine orientation and flows on an existing website.

03

Solve a design challenge together

Structure and shape a specific design task with your team.

We can define the right scope together.

How we work together

We start by clarifying the task, target audience, and current stage. Together, we agree on scope, outcomes, and check-ins. I explain concepts and work in progress clearly, and incorporate feedback into the next design steps.

Inside my design process

Research: understanding user needs

Methods: Interviews, surveys, desk research, and competitor analysis; usability testing in later project stages.

Insights: Help people understand nature, offer information when needed, and keep gamification optional.

Project context: Four-week design sprint in the neuefische UX/UI bootcamp · two-person team.

Qualification

UX/UI training at neue fische · April to July 2025 · 540 hours of design practice. Topics included user research, information architecture, interface design, design systems, prototyping, and usability testing. Further topics included requirements management, developer handoff, accessibility, and ethical design.

Support for your design team

I combine a master's degree in design and professional experience in concept development and project coordination with my UX/UI training. My projects show how I structure requirements, develop design decisions, and work with a team to shape solutions.

Figma, FigJam & work samples

Examples of user journeys, screens, and prototyping are available in my case studies, including our collaborative work on NaturKompass.

Research & documentation

I structure research questions and document findings and design decisions throughout a project. The case studies show examples of these project processes.

Collaboration & alignment

I worked on NaturKompass in a two-person team, sharing responsibility from research through testing. I collaborate remotely or in hybrid teams, align iteratively, and communicate design decisions clearly in presentations for stakeholders.

Accessibility & interaction details

I consider accessibility in line with DIN 18040 and WCAG 2.2, with readable content and clear interface states. Thoughtful micro-interactions can also provide feedback and help people stay oriented.

I work iteratively with regular review cycles and can adapt to agile team workflows.

Frequently asked questions about UX/UI projects

What do you need for an initial conversation?

A description of the task, the current stage, and the people the service is intended for.

What will we create during the project?

We agree in advance on the project deliverables, such as user journeys, refined screens, or a testable prototype.

How long does a UX/UI project take?

Timing depends on the goal, scope, current stage, and review steps. After our initial conversation, we agree on the scope, deliverables, and a realistic timeline.

What kinds of projects are you especially interested in?

I am especially interested in digital products with social, educational, or health benefits, as well as services in education. We consider each project based on its audience, use context, and specific task.

Do you offer consultations or workshops?

Consultation can be part of a UX/UI project. During an initial conversation, we can discuss whether a separate workshop or strategy session would suit your needs.
